What is a Stretch Ceiling?

A Stretch Ceiling is an advanced suspended ceiling system characterized by its versatility, durability, and aesthetic elegance. It is engineered from two primary components: a specialized membrane and a perimeter profile track.

The installation process involves securing the profile track (typically made of aluminum or PVC) to the walls of a room—usually positioned about 3/4 of an inch below the existing structure. A lightweight, high-performance membrane is then stretched across the span and « clipped » or harpooned into the track, creating a perfectly flat, flawless surface.
